I thought my mam was in good hands until I walked into the reception at this funeral home and witnessed an older lady, I now know as irene Jessop having a total meltdown. I heard shouting and screaming from the office. I only went to visit my mum but unfortunately due to the shouting no one Heard me walk in. I don’t think it’s appropriate to have people like this so volatile running such a sensitive business. I would not recommend and would highly avoid. Also my brother had a piece of literature to be read out by the celebrant at the service, this unfortunately was “lost” by irene Jessop.They said they had not received it but I was sent a return email so unfortunately this was not ideal either. I would give no stars, but it does not give that option. Avoid this company.

I had an amazing experience with Irene at what was such a difficult time. She is one of the kindest ladies I have ever met. We talked lots about my nanna and the type of person she was and the types of things she liked and how we could make the funeral something that my nanna would be proud of. I strongly recommend Irene as a funeral director and to contact her before any other funeral services. I promise that you won't be disappointed. I'm so glad that we chose Irene and I hope many more people have positive experiences with this wonderful lady.
